Of course! Thank you for your kind message. I've been working for the KRIHS in the South and used first-hand data on vessel movements passing through the North. I would be delighted to discussing with you. Lately with the KMI we updated former studies I've done with the KRIHS using a database running from 1977 to 2015. It is mainly statistical but we also work with consultants having worked a number of years in PY. It is now holiday time in France but we could plan a date to talk online for instance? Dear Cesar, I will actually be in Brussels on 4 May as I am on the Erasmus+ Expert Panel. I have not yet finalised my flights, but could, for example, return through Paris if you are not on holidays then. That should be before the big French summer shut-down. Regards, Michael
