Identifying crustose lichens from macroscopic images is almost impossible - even when they are in focus and you have some idea what part of the world they are from. I'm not even convinced this is a lichen - it looks more like a crustose alga.
Dear Dr. Rao, I tend to agree with Alan. There are two species with different morphology (the fruticose you point to and a crustose one) but they look rather like red algae then like lichens. Anyway the determination is hardly possible without data on its fruitbodies, spores, anatomy, algal component and secondary chemistry.
