Ok, so I suggest you to enter to the label edit and then link the figures, after choose select all and with the diagram already selected take it and then paste it directly to the word file.
If I am correct, there is an option to save/export the model. Otherwise, make it looking nice, and then press alt+print screen. Cut the unnecessary parts of the picture directly in Word or in any graphic program.
Nevertheless, I think you should go a different way. I tried many times and Suh pictures look terribly. The best can be made in MS Visio. You have to do them manually but at least they have a perfect quality, are finitely compatible with MSWord. Try MSVisio and you will enjoy the result.

there is an option on the top margin within the (file) when you select file click on it there are sub-groups of options , one of them is ( export or import file)
