If you are asking how to draw it, you can use either a ternary diagram or a series of binary phase diagrams at differing amounts of the third component. The latter is easier to read quantitative temperature and composition from.
If you are asking how to generate the data, the Al Cu phase diagrams are widely available. Since cullet has variable composition, you will not likely find phase diagrams with cullet already included. There are several programs, Fact Sage and its cousins being some of the best known, that can attempt to calculate it. However, the calculations are fraught and your best recourse is to try to measure it. It is not uncommon for such system to show local minima well away from the binary mixture lines, and it is uncommon for such local minima to be calculated from theory and even less common for the calculations to be accurate. Generally speaking, such calculations require higher order interaction coefficients than the binary interactions. Unfortunately, few systems have published interactions higher order than binary.
