add fine camphor powder to the mixture of polyacrylic acid and malamine urea formaldehyde. stir at melting point of camphor for at least an hour. u can adjust time also. during stirring a suspension is formed in which melted camphor is as dispersed droplets. after that add initiator and crosslinker (if required). at this step u can decrease temperature upto 60-70 degree. stir for another 1 hour or till hardening of microcapsule.

Dear Feba Elsa Mathew In situ polymerization methods generally involve the mixing of nanomaterial in a neat monomer (or multiple monomers) or a solution of monomer, followed by polymerization in the presence of the dispersed nanomaterials (Potts et al., 2011). Many studies regarding in situ polymerization methods confirmed that in the resulting nanocomposites, covalent linkages between the matrix and nanomaterial occur. However, in situ polymerization has also been used to obtain noncovalent nanocomposites based on various polymers, such as PE (Fim et al., 2010), PMMA (Jang et al., 2009), etc. Herein a high level of dispersion of GDs has been achieved in comparison to the melt mixing technique. This technique, sometimes referred to as intercalation polymerization (Ray and Okamoto, 2003), has also been applied to GDs-based nanocomposites. For instance, in situ polymerization methods have been used to exfoliate GDs in order to generate their dispersions in the matrix. One can intercalate an alkali metal and a monomer, followed by polymerization initiated by the negatively charged graphene sheets (Kotov et al., 1996). In any case, in situ polymerization in the presence of GICs has been reported to exfoliate the GIC into thin platelets (Shioyama, 1997). Moreover, Fim et al. (2010) presented the metallocene-mediated polymerization of PE, which is conducted in the presence of dispersed GNPs, in order to grow PE chains between the graphitic layers. In situ polymerization has been also demonstrated for several GO nanocomposite systems, including poly(vinyl acetate) (Liu et al., 2000) and polyaniline (PANI) (Liu and Gong, 1999). X-ray diffraction studies on these systems suggested an intercalated morphology, where the individual GO sheets remain loosely stacked in the matrix with polymer intercalated between lamellae.
