I am an undergraduate student in management studies and i am required to conduct a research as it is compulsory to complete the degree, please give me any advice and ideas for my research.
you should read papers in management studies, both earlier submitted by your Management school students and as well as say in google scholar. Generally, papers are expected to describe the limitation in the existing study and topics for further research. You can then further study and should be able to decide on your research study.
Do you know any firm/company more intimately due to a familiy member or friend working there? Maybe you did a job there once? You can analyse this company on it's strategic choices, or go trough its financials, HRM or marketing and give advice?
As you are a student of management sciences so firstly you should know that in which field you have interest either its Marketing, HR or Finance. for example if you are interested in marketing then search call for papers of marketing from google scholars it will show you numbers of hot topics of marketing like topics related to digital media marketing or content marketing etc. Same process will apply for other fields.
