I am having great difficulty understanding the meaning of RG projects. Most of the projects I see consist of a bunch of papers posted by the project initiator and not much else. To my mind, a project is a collaborative effort between members consisting of back/forth discussion with a goal in mind. I now find this project as an outstanding example of what I don't understand. It seems to consist of a title, two papers and a goal with no content.

Could someone please enlighten me - what is this project all about and what are projects all about in general? RG computer keeps asking me to assign my papers to projects - of which I have none. This is very mysterious.
