If there is no time or the travel procedure takes time, we can participate to some conferences with a paper without being present at the said conference.
Please, can somebody suggest an international conference on electrical and computer engineering that we can participate virtually ?

I think, for any conference, if you can really prove that it's impossible for you to physically attend the conference, you would be allowed to present your paper remotely (e.g., Skype). I don't recommend that you go for a bad conference just because of this issue. It's always better to go for a reputable conference, and they would hopefully understand your situation and allow you to do the presentation remotely.
