Dear Colleague,

Please be aware of writing research proposals and so-called-trusted discussion with any host institute Professor’s (for any fellowship), If the fellowship result will be against you, it turns to be that your idea’s (proposed research concepts) will be published by host researcher’s, ASAP without your concern, unless the idea is not created by you.

Some of the universities or/research institute has a policy (0.1% school’s follow this strategy), says that when you are preparing your research proposal or/and sharing an idea’s to each other (candidate and host researcher’s) by email, at this moment, the host researcher’s will be communicated to you along with cc (Head & Patent Representative or / and Scientific Coordination) during the email communication, where your idea can not steal by host-researcher without your concern.
