1. I suggest that the plant is a wild type of False Unicorn botanically called Chamailirium luteum (Helonias) which is commonly used in the treatment of infertility in women
2. It may also be another ecotype of Common Plantain called Plantago major L. which has several medicinal properties.
It is false unicorn plant as i suggested. The difference in inflorescence may be due to the little phenotypic variability in the wild ecotypes. Even in your country, you may have differences in the same plant obtained from different locations.
