The problem is that in our PFG 600 RF , C-Load and C-tune tuning has no reaction on the reflected current.
In the manual the problem is mentioned as "motor unit of C-Tune/Load is blocked". We opened the generator, cleaned it, checked the motors. They look fine, no black spots. However, the system does no apply 24 V on them while tuning. There is a spring pushing a switch that applies voltage on the motors. However, I have no idea how it works.
I have same problem, could you please helpe me when you solve this

1) try to ignite plasma increasing the pressure- for us it worked, so, we made sure that it was an issue with the capacitors
2) switch the box into auto mode
Open the matchbox and
3)on the rear side you will find a aluminum bar which is dependent to switch S1 and S2 --> If the capacitor / motor unit moved to far it will release the "end switch", so please check them.
4) check the motors with another power supply
5) check the electronic components on the board with a tester
6) try to "play" with the positions of the capacitors- just disconnect the motors and change the positions manually
that is all I can suggest :D if nothing from those worked, send it to a service center. We had to do so.
