[SOLVED]
Hello everyone I have PE Clarus 500 GC-PE Clarus 560s MS system in my laboratory and using TCW 6.0.1 and TurboMass 5.4.2 software to manage these instrumental setups. A couple of years ago due to a power shortage, all systems went off and when they came back mass detector was gone. Whenever I open my TurboMass software, a pop-up with a message "....Mass detector couldn't find and will work in standalone mode" appears.
I am not sure how but I tried every single possible thing can be done and the problem was solved. But, the same thing happened again and now I am not able to establish a connection to my mass detector 560s.
I re-connected all plug-ins
re-installed all softwares,
even set up a new xp sp2
still nothing.
Is there anyone who knows what can be done in order to establish the connection again?

PE employees didn't even bother answering my questions, I tried to solve the problem by myself now both MSs are working properly. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are experiencing the same problem.
