I believe its cardinal vein. Maybe try to refer to "The Vascular Anatomy of the Developing Zebrafish: An Atlas of Embryonic and Early Larval Development" (2001, first author Sumio Isogai) for more information?

You could try to label a bunch of zebrafish fry in that spot with DiI or a similar stain, dissect them at 3-4 weeks and see what is fluorescing.
