People with expertise in different subjects can solve a problem.

For example, the COVID-19 issue.

People from different branches like medical sciences, Chemical sciences, social sciences are contributing in different ways.

Some have highly scientific cultures in a range of disciplines and they can do so excellently

According to my knowledge,i think most of people from other streams acquire minimum level of general knowledge from social media like covid-19 pandemic,its causes,transmission & preventive measures, they can answer to a certain limit but in more specific details they read and leave.

While for the medical staff, it’s their speciality to answer in a more scientific way particularly medical academic staff.

If a person have intrest then he can try no problem ...but specialist of any subject is certainly specialist no doubt
