I am going to test the performance of PEO:LiTFSI composite electrolytes but I don't know how to prepare the film in a glass petridish. I mean how much concentration and volume of solution should be added to a specific diameter of plate? Actually the thickness may be different but what do you think best that at least can be peeled off ?

The thickness should have about 300 micrometers, assume density of the composite for 1,5 g/ccm. Now it should be easy. Do not do it in glass Petri dish. Use Teflon. See our publications (or any other) from about 2005-2008 how it was done.
