I am carrying out samping using GRIMM-WRAS for particle count and mass concentration.
I wanted to differentiate particle based on Nucleation(Aitken mode) 1µm, but the instrument design lags in 1µm size, In this case which value I need to select, either 0.1µm to 0.943µm or 0.1µm to 1.112 µm as cut off diameter?

Considering 1.112 µm would be a better option. I would say this based on the statistical rounding off to the nearest whole no. Thereafter, you can clearly mention that in your methodology section also which fraction to which fractions you have considered for different modes. Hope it helps!
If you want to do this correctly, please read the chapter "The function of distribution of the pore sizes according to the effective radius" from my author paper carefully. There you can find how propertly to define the distribution function of same physical quantity as a function of for example the size value.
