I need to image mesoporous silica nanoparticles that are in ~100 nm size and do high resolution TEM to look at mesopores. what grids should I use?

Need to image mesoporous silica nanoparticles using the TEM. Also, need high resolution TEM images to see the mesoporous structure. Kindly suggest what kind of grids to use. Thanks, Shatadru

I don't think there would be any sandpaper with particle diameter in the respirable range (say 0.05-5micron) . The finest ISO classification of grit size for sandpaper(P6000) has average particlediameter of 4 micron.

However if you are not concerned by this limitation, fine sandpaper could work.

We will go with 600 grit SiC paper. It's just to test our extraction methods at this stage.
