I would like to ask about the molar extinction coefficient of organic compound which obtained from UV-Vis measurement. We designed some organic compound with several chromophore parts, however, they need to be improved.

Is the molar extinction coefficient influenced by temperature, the used organic solvent, etc.?

If not, what are the other parameters that influence the molar extinction coefficient?

Please kindly provide the supporting references if possible.
