A two year old male (weight=12,5 kg) received paracetamol (200 mg twice) for a fever. After the last one he felt bad: repeated vomiting, weakness, anuria. Acute hepato-renal deficiency was diagnosed after three days of the first received drug. Treatment was successful, but after he was transported to another clinic he got worse: hyperenzymemia (AcT 39 000, AlT 12000), hypoalbuminemia, hyperbilirubinemia. Now he is waiting for hepar transplantation.
Also the patient suffers from diabetes mellitus 1 type.
