Packing molecules in Materials Studio?

Hello every body

I want to pack a polymer around the outside of the carbon nanotubes using "Amorphous Cell Calculation" module in Materials Studio. when i run the packing module, i face this error: "Unable to analyse internal graph: the input document is not a single fragment".

Can anyone help me about this error?
