Oxygen has a molar weight of 16 g/M so 1% Oxygen per 100g is 62.5 mM per 100g or 0.625 mM /g. So multiply % Oxygen with 0.625 mM/(g * %).

So, if the % oxygen is 0.9 then the results would be 0.52 mM/G ?
