How to convert % oxirane oxygen value to the mmol epoxy/g ?
Oxygen has a molar weight of 16 g/M so 1% Oxygen per 100g is 62.5 mM per 100g or 0.625 mM /g. So multiply % Oxygen with 0.625 mM/(g * %).
Thanks Manfred,
So, if the % oxygen is 0.9 then the results would be 0.52 mM/G ?
Hey Mayank,
it should be 0.5625 mM/g, i think you have forgotten to type the 6.
Thanks a lot Manfred!

When I tried to energy minimization my system, I got fatal error as below. Fatal error: Atomtype opls_116 not found Although I've already added this line: ; include water #include "oplsaa.ff/spc.itp" to [molecultype] directive in my topology.
