How can students find enough money to fund the analytical instrument room (LC/MS, NMR, GC/MS) at their University so that they can can continue their doctoral research?
for example: Take advantage of the equipment's spare time and provide services in connection with private companies or with other communities and other public ministries you can even make contracts with certain institutes in foreign countries ...
This type of concern is common to many schools. You have many options.
Perhaps your school can contribute some of its own resources (labor and experience) in trade for money or needed services?
Some instrument manufacturers may donate professional time, training and/or parts to your school for use with their own brand of instruments.
Volunteers: Network to find one or more people who are willing to donate their professional time or skills to your dept.
Contributions: Donations by alumni or instrument manufacturers.
BTW: If your school maintains an analytical laboratory "Instrument Room" for use by the students to complete their assignments and/or earn their degrees, then the school should consider funding the positions, training and supplies needed to operate and maintain it. Failure to properly administer and maintain such equipment usually results in more costly expenses and unreliable data. Neglect is expensive.
