Hello,

there has been quite some work on German. Googl'ing '"speech recognition" "neuronal network" "German"' even brought up patents covering such algorithms.

I apologize in advance if a lot of this work is described in German. And most activities are from the last millennium. (The patents I found are from 2005.)
