See the latest edition of the excellent big monograph on bats of Europe and Northwest Africa published by C. Dietz and his colleagues in Kosmos editorial (2016). I think for the moment it's available only in German, but there is a previous edition in English.

That book is also available in English indeed. There stays many information in, but some is unclear until now :D...
