Hi all,

I am trying to come up with a standard method to optimize intensity for confocal imaging. I am screening all my slides for the specific antibody I am looking for comparing its expression among slides. Then I am setting a range for the intensity (ex. 12-16% exposure) to be able to detect the lowest experssion and avoid saturation of the high expression.

Do you have other suggestions?
