In CST, if you are using, there is option for optimization, there every parameters can be optimized together and simultaneously, that's known as PSO, same as previous answers were telling you. 

But, if you do optimization through MATLAB, will be better and accurate as well. Inbuilt coding is there with easier understanding of commands, so I will recommend you to use MATLAB and then verified with CST.

DE, PSO etc are available. The algorithm which is best suited for a particular problem, it may not be an efficient method for optimizing another antenna problem. The cost function plays an important to apply the algorithm efficiently. I would suggest you to choose your antenna first. Focus to search papers on that topic. Then choose algorithm...

It is true that choice of optimisation algorithm is purely subjective. However DE, PSO, GA and there variants are the most common algorithms that are being used to solve antenna problems. Moreover if one is looking for multi objective design problems its better to use pareto optimality based algorithm like NSGA.

I agree with the previous two answers by Chatterjee and Maity. Moreover, some analytical methods such as iterative Fourier transform are also good tools for analyzing the performances of some types of antennas such as array antennas.

Furthermore, the Cross Entropy method is also good in analyzing the performance of non-uniformly spaced antenna arrays.

So, first you need to identify your problem and what are the required optimization parameters then you may easily choose the correct and best optimization method.

Different optimization techniques have different merits and demerits which depends on the scenario, however, in general, we usually seek a best technique in terms of robustness, fast convergence and simplicity. All the answers so far are fine but the big issue is how good is your model in CST? If the model does not match reality there is no point in optimisation. CST is a very sophisticated tool and it needs an experienced operator to set the parameters such that it gives reliable realistic answers. Why not check that your model matches reality by making and measuring an antenna modelled in CST first befor you embark on an optimisation programme?
