Is there any free/open-source software or statistical package that estimates these variables related to genetic analysis? I can not perform R.

In genetic analysis, genotypic variation, phenotypic variation, environmental variation, genotypic coefficient of variation (GCV), phenotypic coefficient of variation (PCV), environmental coefficient of variation (ECV), heritability, genetic advance, genetic gain, etc., are very important to study. I have formulas and calculations to estimate these above variables, but it is very difficult to calculate them manually for large datasets.
