Dr Ana Koceva one idea to broaden your scope is to search simply ELT

English Language Teaching or even TEFL Teaching English as a Foreign or as a Second Language as these journals are not averse to a bit of linguistics to spice up their articles or conferences in calls for papers.

having said that, here are three pretty good journals but again I am not sure they have special issues that require calls:
