I am planned to publish my research paper in International Journal which is open access, the same paper can be included in thesis. If any one in the forum can give me the suggestion.
It depends on the rules of your university. If a "cumulative dissertation" is allowed which means: you frame a couple of research articles together within one consistent research approach, then you are allowed to use them. If those researech articles are NON-Open Access, please beware of the copyright issues! Typically with non-open-access articles you are NOT allowed to present them but of course you can refer to them as an essential part of the dissertation.
If only monographical dissertations are allowed at your institution, any kind of pre-publication cn be highly problematic, sometimes even explicitly prohibited. So please look up your specific dissertation rules and guidelines to be 100%ly accord with them in the end.

Consult your graduate handbook. I believe the regulations of your insitution or faculty also address the issue you raised.
