During the last 15 months online learning was the only possible method to continue our mission in teaching our students in all stages. What was the best video Conferencing tools you have used? What are its main advantages? Do you recommend to be used from all colleagues?
I prefer these ICT educational tools:
- Moodle as LMS
- Google Meet as video-communication service
- Screencast-O-Matic as screen recorder & video editor (in free version we can record videos up to 15 min length)
- Youtube as on-line video-sharing platform
- Geogebra as dynamic mathematics software

We are using Zoom for our online classes. I find it helpful to organize collaborative work because you can create break-out sessions in which your students can learn in smaller groups. The teacher can visit the break-out rooms to support the groups, answer questions etc.. It is also possible to create surveys for your online class and use a whiteboard.
We use Zoom for the online classes. I think, this Zoom App is better to communicate and it is immensely user friendly. Here Web conferencing calls also can be recorded as videos and enabling Waiting room, Creating Breakout Sessions and using Whiteboard - all are possible in a very easy way.
I recommend Zoom for my colleagues.
Zakaria Al-Qodah Here at the University we have used the tools of the Google Workspace package. It has been helpful, for offering not only a video conferencing environment (Google Meet), but also a classroom space (Classroom), content storage (Drive), videos, frequency control, digital whiteboard and various other features.
We use Google meet for online student research meetings.
In distance learning, we use Microsoft Teams for lectures and practical classes. The main advantages of this platform are the ability to create various elements of online classes: virtual classrooms, forums, video conferencing, chat.
Compared to the Zoom platform, Microsoft Teams is more convenient program. That's why I recommend for use Microsoft Teams.
