In the anti-tumor efficacy study, there are 3 groups and each group has 10 mice. During the treatment period, tumor volumes will be measured on D3, D7, D11 and D15 (treatment start day was defined as day 0). For example:
Group 1: Vehicle control group (n=10 mice)
Group 2: Drug A treatment, dose 1 (n=10 mice)
Group 3: Drug A treatment, dose 2 (n=10 mice)
To compare if the tumor volumes of treatment groups is significantly different from that of vehicle group on D15, one way anova or two way anova will be used?

If you are only interested in the difference in tumour volume between day 15 and start between treatment groups , a one way anova on change in volume (individual) between treatment groups would be appropriate. If you are interested in time trend an analysis of varianceof the regressions on time between the treatment groups would be appropriate.

If you are interested in comparing three groups of treatments on D15 only, one way ANOVA should be used.
Dear Junguo..in your case you can go for ONE WAY ANOVA that will be fine.
