One of my scales had 10 items, and parallel analysis suggested that it would only have 1 factor. I tried running 2-factor and 3-factor EFA and it just showed a high correlation between factors so I ended up merging them into one.

With a one factor model, factor loadings were .7 to .8. and communality values were all above .40.

I want to know how I could interpret the other values below after calling this function call : fa(VARI, nfactors = 1, max.iter=100, fm = "pa", rotate = "oblimin").
