Are these statements true, in your opinion, and in your university or society? Are all three of them parallel, or is one more prevalent or logical than the other statements? Which one do you agree or disagree with? As academics, teachers, or researchers, can we also be good politicians or businessmen in the future? Better than others? Could academia be a developing ground for future leaders and entrepreneurs? Or should we remain in the profession we enjoy and are currently in? Where is the best place to influence our society and the world, inside or outside of academia, or both?
