On what basis I can chose some selective pocket ID from CAST-P results.Is there any rule to chose 3 to 5 pockets only from the Pocket ID lists ?

For De novo Drug design I need just fewer best pockets.Previously I have chosen pockets on the basis of single openings .But there are still more pockets with single openings and large MS volume area. So what should be the basis to find fewer better pockets for De novo synthesis?
