On what basis I can chose some selective pocket ID from CAST-P results.Is there any rule to chose 3 to 5 pockets only from the Pocket ID lists ?

For De novo Drug design I need just fewer best pockets.Previously I have chosen pockets on the basis of single openings .But there are still more pockets with single openings and large MS volume...
