Hi, I'm trying to download the OlympusViewer ImageJ Plugin (aka OlympusImageJPlugin) and every page with download instructions directs me to this link: http://www.olympus-lifescience.com/OlympusImageJPlugin/OlympusViewer_Win but the link appears to be broken and nothing downloads. Does anyone know of anywhere else I can download this plugin? I really need to use it to open .vsi files and I can't get the Bio-Formats plugin to work. Or if anyone knows any other way to convert .vsi to a more useable format like .avi, .tiff etc then please let me know. Thank you!
Hi Melanie Seaton . Have you tried opening your files using FIJI (ImageJ)? I’m pretty sure Bioformats in FIJI can open .vsi files.
Johanna Marie Dela Cruz I think I mentioned in my original question that I couldn't get BioFormats to work - either way, someone messaged me privately to send me the files for the plugin, so problem solved :) thanks anyway!
