Could you, please, tell me where to look for a definitions of "waste material" and production "by-product material"?
I know the definitions formulated in Polish law, but I am interested in other countries regulations.
Maybe you have written an article about it, that I can refer to in my work?
Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.
By-product material means a material that is not one of the primary products of a production process and is not solely or separately produced by the production process. By-product does not include a co-product that is produced for the general public's use and is ordinarily used in the form that is produced by the process.

The law in my country regarding the definition of "Waste Material" is Act 453-12057 of February 2001. It reads as follows: "Waste Materials means any waste material containing "byproduct material" or any other byproduct of any "nuclear material" or "radioactive material".
