Why don't you change the specifications of onshore wind farm. For instance, if we talk about locational impact, offshore receives good current, means you have to reconsider your wind speed. Same is the case for other engineering design parameters. Hope it helps.

Maybe the only difference in matlab you can add up is the change in wind speed?? The rest will be according to the impact on turbine design.
