I fused promoter + gene of interest + GUS gene and in end used STOP CODON TAG instead of NOS terminator?
Is it Ok ? Or what consequences i will face with respect to expression of gene of interest in plant
As stop codon is also end the translation.

You need a terminator for transcript termination. Only the stop codon is not enough for correct transcript termination. So, I suggest to add the NOS terminator to your construct.

In addition to the STOP codon, you will need 3'UTR sequences and polyadenylation signal provided by a terminator sequence/region for mRNA stability.

I don't have access anymore to software to access my vector database. One of the standard terminator sequences should do (nos, ocs, mas, 35S). Sequences can be found with NCBI. Alternatively, you could use the 3' sequence (3' from the STOP codon) from your gene of interest.
