If you look at the activity log shown in your screenshot it seems like there are some input parameter errors that are causing the analysis to fail. If you could provide a list of the metrics for each level you are trying to run it would be helpful in tracking down the problems you're experiencing.

I don't think there is a problem with your input map. The errors listed in the activity log are for the class description table header, the similarity table missing, and the search radius not being set.

Look at page 55 in the documentation ( http://www.umass.edu/landeco/research/fragstats/documents/fragstats.help.4.2.pdf ) to check that the format of your class description table is correct.

For the similarity index you have to provide a table of pairwise weights and a search radius (page 58).

I would suggest starting with only one analysis metric to see if it works and then enabling more one at a time so you can see which is causing the problem. Also, keep an eye on the activity log which will list any problems.
