Nitinol DSC graph is strange?

We subjected a powder of NiTi (Ni=50.85at%) to DSC analysis to find its phase transition temperature.

However, the graph was quite strange, and no matter how many times we analyzed it, we could not get a clean graph.

I am new to DSC analysis of this material, so I don't understand this behavior. Does anyone have any tips on this?

You could show your data on a time scale, instead of temperature, which could help you to see the difference from -120 to 120 to 120 to -120.

You could also use different scan rate to enhanve some thermal events for better signals.
