You need to attract the editorial board and establish a management system and guidelines to the process of peer-review, editors and the scope of the journal. How will you fund this project?

So I’m creating an editorial board from my colleagues circle, same with peer review.
In regards ti costs im totally eating it up, its online only and will be quarterly issues so costs should be limited somehow.
Was thinking to reach out to ventilator manufacturers for advertisments too?
