Need to know about Soybean Agroinfection.

I am working on VIGS with MYMIV geminivirus isolated from soybean. I am not able to achieve a 100% infection in Soybean plants. can some one suggest me some protocol for getting a good infection using Agrobacterium in Soybean plants
