We have clearly measured electrical potentials. Electrons and ions move through these potentials. I need to calculate the EM radiation from these moving charges. I thought this would be a simple search on python package websites. No such luck. Can anyone help with this?

Yeferson, that is close, but from what I can see, this gives one set frequency to an array of oscillators, then calculates the resultant E-field. Maybe built for testing arbitrary antenna design. Will see if I can modify to a collection of moving particles...
