As far as I see it, relative simultaneity as in the Special Theory of Relativity is an artefact of clock synchronisation method according to an arbitrary rule, and has nothing to do with Temporal Coincidence which is known as Absolute Simultaneity.
One of the arbitrary rules is that there should be about 12 o'clock at midday everywhere on Earth. In such case clearly, equal clock times are not designating temporally coincident moments.

Согласитесь, что очень неудобно будет сравнивать процесс относительно Земли, например, фазы Луны, по положению Земли относительно Солнца, а для Венеры, по положению Венеры относительно Солнца, устанавливать одновременность событий, устанавливать соотношение темпов смены событий (на поверхности Земли и Венеры гравитационные потенциалы разные). Тем более, что одновременно венериане и земляне видят разные фазы Луны, вплоть до противоположных.

This is always an interesting problem because the Theory of Special Relativity is not intuitive. It seems to me, assuming that time can be expressed as a discrete number of cycles of a periodic function; we can write the function as a combination of sines and cosines. This function could have discrete values by expressing it as a Fourier series. Assuming these values are discrete, we could count the number of discrete values for the given initial conditions.
These initial conditions are where the train was when the bullet was fired (x0), and how many cycles occurred when the bullet entered one side and left the other. Time would then be F(x0 , Number of cycles). Note that time is then relative to the initial conditions assumed that make the number of cycles discrete. This being true it would seem that time could not be absolute but relative to the conditions of starting position and the period of the function in the observer’s frame of reference, which is the Principal of Special Relativity.

1. The number of cycles does not mean a natural number. It can be any real number, that is, from such a definition of time we cannot derive the discreteness of time.
2. The Fourier series in general has no relation to time. It is designed to represent the state of the oscillating system at specific moments, but it does not describe the process itself. Therefore, from Fourier series is impossible to draw a conclusion about how the process developed between given moments.
3. In any theory we may to consider any reference frame as the main one(preferred, absolute). So in any theory for any quantity can exist and main and relative values. Thus, the origin of the position or time interval - this is not whole relativity. For identify all the properties of relativity we need different frames of reference. For example, the relative speed of an object is the ratio of the distance travelled by the object in the reference frame of the observer to the time interval of movement of the object (the time measured by the clock in the reference frame of that observer). But the relativity of the speed we can understand only if we consider it in different reference frames. Thus, only variation of relative speed shows its relativity.
This also applies to the time.
Now it becomes apparent internal inconsistency of the principle of relativity. The relativity should be reflected in its dependence on the reference frame, and not in its independence. The experiment made in Wien by the Quandum Physics laboratory of Prof. Zelinger, gives the proof that the phase change in entangled photons is instantaneous regardless of the distance of the entangled photons and it is non local.

Something which guarantees the simultaneity has to be used, something which is not mediated by the speed of light.
I think absolute simultaneity can be proven without quantum entanglement, but quantum entanglement is the best practical method to synchronise distant clocks.
I have started to look at entanglement in this context but so far I am finding people evade the subject of comparison with Einstein's relative simultaneity.

Perhaps the following may be helpful :
`dependence on the reference frame' is a matter of the `principle
of covariance', whereas the issue of `absolute simultaneity' is a
matter of the `principle of relativity' (which is an invariance
principle). It is known that Einstein before 1917 confounded the
principles of relativity and covariance, referring to the former
when intending to refer to the latter. For this reason there need
not to be any inconsistency when covariance is taken to refer to
different descriptions of the same reality as seen by observers in
different frames of reference.
Of course, it is rather counterintuitive that light might be seen
as having the same velocity independent of the velocity of the
observer, but this has its origin in Einstein's observation that
the Maxwell equations are invariant under Lorentz transformations,
and that hence the velocity of light must be independent of the
velocity of its source.
By requiring invariance of the vacuum state under Lorentz
transformations this has been included (by Dirac, I think) into
quantum electrodynamics.

As you are using the word "property" in the context of theorems the meaning is that of "postulate". The meaning of "property" is like attribute or feature of something, e.g. the color of my shirt.
The lemma should be:
"The true (absolute) simultaneity is required for any fundamental theory." or
"The negation of the relativity of simultaneity is required for any fundamental theory."
Just to note some principle of (our common) thinking explicitly:
Simultaneity is the identity of time. If you omit this presupposition we cannot talk about time (successfully) because we cannot find agreement on that, e.g. if oberservers are free to define the time interval by their own it is possible to assign the orbital period of the moon to be equal to the orbital period of the sun.
(By reading this, just think about that you just tried to adjust the meaning of equal in order to get the intension of the sentence. This is the Einstein effect.)

It is counterintuitive after classical physics course when you accept that
v= dx/dt and not taking into account that dt for any empirical verification depends on the method you chose to synchronise clocks.
The one that does light speed constancy trick is Einstein's synchronisation
We can have some other interesting synchronisations e.g. we let a light pulse to synchronise all clocks on its path on the x axis to 0. In such system we find that there is no time change along the x axis and the light speed is infinite. On the way back however, it becomes c. Whether c is the same in all inertial frames in such system it is another matter.

Simultaneity depends on the theory. I know two procedures to obtain the Absolute simultaneity. For this we need to know the Absolute speed of the Sun (W). We know it from WMAP and COBO. Then the orbital velocity of the Earth help us to compute a vector V - velocity of the Earth in the Absolute reference system.
Sync absolute means absolute simultaneity: if two events occurred simultaneously in one IRF, they will be simultaneous in any other IRF. But the pace of the clock at different IRF can be different.
The simplest real method for such synchronization is to implement the clock synchronization method of Einstein, and then we need to move the clock hands in all the places with coordinate "X" on the magnitude "-XV/c^2"

Синхронизация абсолютная означает абсолютную одновременность: если два события произошли одновременно в одной ИСО, то они будут одновременны в любой другой ИСО. При этом темп хода часов в разных ИСО может быть разным.
Простейший реальный метод такой синхронизации – провести синхронизацию часов по методу Эйнштейна, а затем сдвинуть стрелки часов во всех местах с координатой «X» на величину «-XV/c2»

Школьное «симметричное объяснение» призвано подтвердить нулевой результат, а вместе с ним – теорию относительности. Оно использует две ошибки Майкельсона в расчетах: не учтен угол отражения луча в эфире в двигающейся системе отсчета, и не учтен коэффициент преломления среды, так как реального вакуума на Земле нет.

- the coefficient of refraction of the medium;
-the Fresnel effect of light entrainment;
- dependence of the speed of light on the direction;
-the dependence of the rate of time on the speed;
- the dependence of the time of movement of light from the gravity of the moon and the Sun (the Shapiro effect);
- other relations in the considered theory.
The formulas of effects can be different in each theory! Therefore, the operation of the Interferometer M-M will be described by different formulas in each theory; and we may have different relations of amplitude of the shift of bands and the speed of the Earth in ether in each theory.
Einstein had heard about the zero result of the EMM before the creation of the SRT. This was enough for him. A nonzero result would have destroyed the theory of relativity. He wrote later: "My opinion about Miller's experiments is the following. ... Should the positive result be confirmed, then the special theory of relativity and with it the general theory of relativity, in its current form, would be invalid. Experimentum summus judex." - зависимость скорости движения света от направления;

В каждой теории формулы всех эффектов могут быть различные! Поэтому и работа Интерферометра М-М будет описываться разными формулами в каждой теории; и мы можем иметь различные отношения амплитуды сдвига полосы и скорости движения Земли в эфире в каждой теории.
