Natural Language processing OCR systems for heterogeneous hand written Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Sindhi data ?

How Regional Languages are translated using OCR system? significantly heterogeneous hand written Arabic, Persian, Urdu and Sindhi data is a major problem to recognize by a single algorithm. What are existing tools and techniques are available in literature to resolve the issues of OCR?

If you have enough training data (images and corresponding gold standard transcriptions), you can try OCRopus, or maybe Transkribus:
