Is it possible to have a respiratory problem due to Myasthenia Gravis without showing progressed muscle weakness and difficulty in movement?

Someone has a hallmark of MG, eyelid drooping which changes during a day and it depends on how much she is tired. She has unusual cough for years but all respiratory tests are normal. She feels difficulty in her throat while she coughs. In recent years she showed some other symptoms. She has spasms in chest muscles sometimes with or without coughing and also in recent weeks she showed spasms in other muscles while she was coughing. Sometimes she has vomiting after cough and recently feels the reflux. Sometimes when she is talking on the phone and holding a cellphone and keeping her hand up for a couple of minutes, it is difficult and painful to move it down.

Recently she is developing some neurological symptoms such as difficulty in language comprehension and confusion.

Do you think all these symptoms are related to one disease or not and do you think it is Myasthenia Gravis?
