hello i have some confusion for writing survey paper ...
i had registered for my ph.d in last months of 2016 scince that time i had not done anythig in reseach only i attend and passed course work exam so i'm tring to write survey paper may could be collect data three year or four years back from regestrad date from november 2016 , Do me possible also collect data tile today date or year back tile 2019 i mean after regastrion date . it will be a matter ... hopefully anybody answer me and help .
