My question is about TB infection for the first line drug TB patient. Should that patient is sensitive for the first line drug and can be found resistance in the second line drug TB infection ? , Thank you very much for your recommendation in advance? if anyone know the problem or know about the method for identify this problem please helps me.

I have an experience about this . One TB patient was tested for for the first line drug and he was sensitive and we continue to test with second line we found this patient resistance to AMK, CP, KM but not OFX.
