Dear fellow researchers,
I am currently writing a paper in cooperation with a company. For this, I want to compare a proceass of this "main" company with the same process of several other companies through interviews.
1) Define an envisioned process with literature
2) Check how the process looks like currently in different companies
3) Cross-analysis, Gap analysis to literature and Impliciations for the "main company"
Do you know any similar papers that I could take a look at or do you have any suggestions on how to scientifically build this research approach?

You can give scores to each trait understudy, then use chi square test, do that for all traits. You don't need any paper to follow, but you need an example on how to use chi square to compare, a book in statistics will be so enough. Wish you luck.
